Mega Campaign Manager

The Mega Campaign Manager will need to coordinate across internal stakeholders, including working with commercial, marketing, traffic ops, and the rest of the organization for campaign planning, creation, and optimization. Furthermore, the talent must stay updated on trends on other e-commerce platforms, social sentiments, and broader industry developments, and leverage such trends to initiate or optimize campaigns.

The candidate must possess 5-7 years of previous e-commerce or online business work experience. The talent must be independent and self-motivated, who is strong with understanding and deriving insights from data. Most importantly, Daraz is looking for someone who will live by the company's values i.e. continuously innovative, generous, and delivering as promised.

Sr. Operations Experience Associate

Daraz is looking for a Sr. Operations Experience Associate with excellent negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and strong numerical and analytical ability. Someone who will be able to mentor, coach, and act as a knowledge resource to other employees. The talent must have working knowledge in Excel and MS Office packages and should be a team player.


The associate will work on impactful projects to improve internal operations & partners' experience. Actively coordinate with the regional team to devise and execute impactful projects and exchange learnings. Besides this, the talent will have to track project progress, including identity, report, and resolve risks to launch initiatives on time and smoothly. 


Project Manager – Seller Acquisition and Assortment Growth

The leading e-commerce company is searching for a Project Manager to develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. In this role, the candidate will be tasked to set up meetings in regular intervals to update the management and all relevant stakeholders of the project. The manager is to be accountable for the targeted seller acquisition and assortment growth in the platform. In addition, the talent needs to think out of the box and identify new areas of growth or service improvement within or beyond the scope.

The talent must have a minimum of 1 to 3 years experience in a similar role with proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and strong numerical and analytical ability. The manager should possess good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadline.

Jr. Cross Border Operations Manager

The candidate who has experience of 2-3 years in international trade operations/logistics/Supply chain or e-commerce is preferred for this position. The operational manager must be able to supervise cross border supply chain from sellers overseas to customers. To drive change through the creation of frameworks, the talent must deliver business transformation geared towards the sustainability of the cross-border business. 

Apart from the above-mentioned responsibilities, the manager will work with partners and relevant counterparts to control delays that may occur during the logistic fulfillment process and drive root cause analysis and reporting on operational and regulatory compliance-related issues.

Process Excellence Manager - Warehouse

Process Excellence Manager will be someone who will be responsible for maintaining & improving performance and productivity-related KPIs as well as ensuring SLAs are met across all functions daily. The talent is to initiate discussion/Kaizen Initiatives across all functions to have continuous process improvement and ensure 6S is adhered to and conduct regular audits.

Those with knowledge of SQL will have an added advantage for this particular role. Furthermore, the candidate must be ambitious and always strives to provide the best experience with a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from Top tier Engineering and Business Schools.

QA & LD Manager

Someone who has the ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure will be the best for this position. As the manager needs to assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives. 

In this role, presenting training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos is a must. The candidate is also responsible for preparing and implementing the training budget; maintains records and reports of expenses.

Project Manager Operations

The Project Manager Operations is needed to work with the Heads of functional departments to initiate, plan and execute growth plan projects. Challenge the status-quo such as current systems and processes to identify short- and long-term improvement opportunities and report and escalate issues/problems to management as needed. 

The manager is required to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions. Having working knowledge in Excel and MS Office package, the talent must also be work both independently and within a team.

Head of Project (Traffic Operations)

The key areas that will be under the scope of Head of Project, not limited to, is User Growth & User Generated Content (UGC). This includes analyzing data to identify opportunities for funnel improvements and growth/UGC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) improvement, identifying opportunities for departmental growth, and working on improving the current processes.

The head will be responsible for complete management of any mechanic/projects that deal with acquisition, retention, review count growth, and more. 

Category Manager - Health & Beauty

The Category Manager is in charge of guiding the team to organize weekly and monthly campaigns aligning with brands and sellers. This includes ensuring the team has been engaged in daily meetings with sellers to streamline supply chain processes and operations. 

Apart from guiding the team, the manager will need to coordinate with the regional team to bring their guidance and initiatives to grow Health & Beauty business. Any candidate with previous experience on e-commerce sites and have knowledge of Category Level Planning and Execution is preferred for this job position.

Sr. Learnings Associate

Daraz is searching for a Sr. Learnings Associate to drive collaboration and build positive relationships between functions within Daraz to meet common business goals. Also, the associate is expected to identify skill gaps, work on skill and capabilities development plans, and execute such plans to enhance team members' knowledge, skill, and abilities across the departments.

Likewise, the associate is obligated to present training and development programs using various forms and formats including group discussion, lecture, simulations, and videos. Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements.

Customer/Seller Care Project Manager

Among the many responsibilities as a Customer/Seller Care Project Manager, delegating project tasks to the junior members of the team where needed and getting feedback from the internal departments if it has to do with the internal teams in the company is inclusive of the obligations. 

Furthermore, the Project Manager needs to lead the projects like Control Tower (process audit and feedback generation) which have a direct or indirect impact on customer and seller experience. Also, the talent needs to develop holistic customer/seller journeys and shape all touchpoints: call, digital, helpdesk, checkout points, and social media interactions, in order to drive customer satisfaction across all stages of the journey. 

Hub Manager Itahari

The Hub Manager needs to manage mother hub recruiting efforts, delivery staff administration, and ensure freight visibility in journey updates, returns, delivery completion reports, and dispatch route sheets for pickups. Also, ensure load delivery to the mini hubs happens on time and with precision.

The talent must have excellent time management and organizational skills and should be a team player. Likewise, a professional approach to time and deadlines will be appreciated. The job location is in Itahari.

Project Manager (Commercial)

The talent is obligated to coordinate and follow up with functional teams to ensure that all projects are delivered on time. -Setup and lead relevant cross-department meetings if needed as per the scope of the work to ensure respective areas of the projects are moving forward.

Some current major projects that may include as part of the roles in addition to the minor project the manager needs to handle are. 

  • Supply Growth Battle:

The manager will be expected to understand all current existing processes with all cross-functional departments and how they can be optimized to direct our resources for a better supply.

  • Category Expansion:

The manager needs to understand the relevant category/logistical challenges for not being able to deliver and deep dive to work with relevant teams in order to open up these categories

Graphics Designer

The Graphic Designer needs to be creative and have technical skills in Adobe Photoshop and sound knowledge of Adobe Illustrator.  Working to WITHIN A SET A Brief timescale, the designer will often field to 'tight deadlines’. 


A keen eye for aesthetics and details along with knowledge of web page design is preferable for this position. Knowledge of Professional product photography is a plus.

Hub Manager Hetauda

The Hub Manager will oversee the direction of the delivery staff of trucks and motorcycles and work closely with the Fleet Manager to ensure professional delivery and pickup operations. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures in all hub facilities.


Likewise, lead the troubleshooting efforts from the mother hub, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity. All the work and responsibilities assigned will be performed from the job location Hetauda.

People & Organisation Associate

The associate will be involved in recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, short-listing, interviewing, and selecting candidates. If needed the associate will work with external HR consultants and administer payroll and maintain employee records.

The talent must be out of the box thinker and a problem solver with highly developed interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build effective relationships and excellent communication skills.

Finance Associate

ACCA/ CA or Semi Qualified CA(ICAI) with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience is the requirement needed to apply for the positions. Besides this,  the finance associate must have good attention to detail, should be a good team player and must be able to work independently with minimal guidance.

Customer Care Associate (System & Process)

Customer Care Office (CCO), is responsible for providing and maintaining a healthy and adequate system mechanism for the overall CCO team as well as other customer-facing departments of Daraz. The major responsibilities include taking ownership in fixing system issues reported by Business Teams by performing system and process flow diagnosis and escalation of issues in a timely manner and managing system issues reported through the tickets raised by business teams; coordinating with the technical team to resolve tickets.

The talent will become the torchbearer of high-quality delivery of CCO services focusing on improving processes, content and system configurations continuously assessing system capabilities and identifying areas of improvement. Furthermore, the candidate will take ownership in fixing system issues reported by Business Teams by performing system and process flow diagnosis and escalation of issues in a timely manner.
