- Track project progress, including identity, report, and resolve risks to launch initiatives on time and smoothly
- Work collaboratively with our international teams to identify skill gaps, develop training plans, and execute such intents to enhance the departments' knowledge, skill, and abilities
- Actively coordinate with the regional team to devise and execute impactful projects and exchange learnings
- Capable of maintaining & improving customer/seller experience enhancement, SOP compliance, and process optimization as the primary KPIs
- Coordinate and follow up with functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of the projects within the scope and budget. Projects might include market setup for e-commerce services, gap analysis on existing service offering processes, expansion of the offline network, and introduction of the new customer/seller experiences enhancement system
- Proficient in identifying the bottlenecks in interdepartmental processes. Able to improve/streamline those processes with effective and efficient solutions and report and escalate issues/problems to management as needed

Qualification (Education/Experience)
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years’ experience in learning and development and preferably in operations/logistics/supply chain/e-commerce/project management
- Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
- Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities, and strong numerical and analytical ability
- Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment and fact-based analysis to develop effective and efficient solutions
- Demonstrated ability to excel in fast-paced, changing, and ambiguous environments and work under high pressure
- Working knowledge in Excel and MS Office package
- Ability to mentor, coach, and act as a knowledge resource to other employees • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
