Job Description

  • Maintaining & Improving performance and productivity-related KPIs as well as ensuring SLAs are met across all functions daily
  • Conduct and lead weekly reviews with all functional leads/managers to understand reasons for breach in KPIs/SLAs and come up with solutions to rectify it in the following weeks
  • Liaise and work closely with the regional team on all performance improvement initiatives and productivity improvement projects along with new product requests
  • Lead initiatives to identify and eliminate root causes of defects and to improve or simplify SOPs to drive efficiency and also ensure that all depts adhere to the set SOPs
  • Initiate Discussion/Kaizen Initiatives across all functions to have continuous process improvement. Ensure 6S is adhered to and conduct regular audits
  • Business process improvements towards customer satisfaction & efficiency with a thorough understanding of lean management fundamentals. Support in Pilot and rollout of key projects and initiatives for process improvement
  • Takes proactive steps to ensure that best practices are shared across all departments and all ventures among the network
  • Ability to pull data and to perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from Top tier Engineering and Business Schools
  • Experience of 3+ years in logistics/supply chain or e-commerce is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Excel is a must
  • SQL knowledge will be an added advantage
  • Ambitious and always strives to provide the best experience
  • Should be Result oriented
  • Problem-solving skills and analytical skills
  • Know how to manage priorities and work with short times
  • Highly adaptable to quickly changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to drive and manage cross-functional teams and cross-cultural stakeholder
