Job Description

  • Plan and lead customer and seller experience centric projects (local as well as regional) to ensure that they are completed in a timely manner
  • Plan by preparing a PMO and align the members who are to be the part of the project
  •  Monitor progress of each and every task under the PMO and keep all stakeholders informed on the progress
  •  Act as a main POC for all the new regional customer and seller centric projects 
  •  Report and escalate to the management (weekly, biweekly, monthly) by producing reports and presenting the findings and progress
  •  Delegate project tasks to the junior members of the team where needed and get feedback from the internal departments if it has to do with the internal teams in the company
  •  Perform other adhoc tasks and duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job as assigned
  •  Continue developing improvements and embed successful change projects
  •  Work effectively with all the peers and the stakeholders like commercial, finance, marketing, operations, and so on to enhance customer and seller experience
  • Lead the projects like Control Tower (process audit and feedback generation) which have the direct or indirect impact on customer and seller experience
  •  Lead the customer retention project working closely with the management and the onsite team
  •  Promote the importance of customer feedback and learning throughout the business 
  •  Develop holistic customer/seller journeys and shaping all touchpoints: call, digital, helpdesk, checkout points, and social media interactions, in order to drive customer satisfaction across all stages of the journey

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree from reputed institution
  • 2-3 years of experience in the project management or relevant field
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to mentor, coach and act as a knowledge resource to other employees
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadline
