Demand Planning Analyst

As a demand planning analyst, the candidate will have to work with S&P lead to developing detailed monthly, quarterly and yearly analyses, forecasts, and business models to help define and achieve strategic short and long-term goals. The candidate will bear the responsibility to Support the end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning process for Daraz, working closely with the S&P management, and stakeholders from the Commercial, Marketing, Fulfillment and Logistics teams.

 

For the position of demand planning analyst, the candidate should have a Bachelors/Masters's degree from a top university in STEM, Business, Accounting & Finance, Statistics or Economics subjects with at least 1-2 years of experience in demand and/or supply-chain planning and data analytics. A proven track record in delivering insightful and actionable analyses to senior management is mandatory. The candidate should have outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Jr. IT Manager

Daraz Nepal is looking for a Jr. IT Manager with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electronics & Communication and 2-3 years or above ideally in network & system. The prospective manager should have good knowledge of Networking (VLAN, OSPF, BGP) and Server infra (VMware, EXSi, vCenter, Veeam) and also about Linux OS, Asterisk services, Windows Server OS, Cisco ISR routers, Cisco Catalyst switches, Fortinet/Sophos firewalls, Mikrotik routers.


The prospective manager will be responsible for ensuring network availability by monitoring all network equipment (Cisco, Fortinet, Sophos, Servers, Access Points, Routers etc.) and also performing all necessary maintenance operations. He/she will also create and maintain a knowledge base and wiki documentation and coordinate with the Regional Team for resolution of network/server infra issues.

Admin and Procurement Lead

The admin and procurement lead must have a bachelor's degree in Management/ ACCA/ Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in relevant fields. The lead should have strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills. The candidate must have 2 wheeler driving license.


The admin and procurement lead will have to initiate and implement best and effective practices in administrative functions and coordinate with departments for timely order planning, requisition, and order placement. The lead will also be responsible for the implementation and execution of the Procurement Portal in adherence to the Procurement policy of the company.

Admin and Procurement Associate

For the post of admin and procurement associate, the candidate must have a Bachelor/Master's Degree in Management/ ACCA/ Engineering and at least 2 years of relevant experience in relevant fields. The lead should have strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills. The candidate must have 2 wheeler driving license.


The associate will have to collect vehicle requirements from the DEX team (Last mile and First mile) for the next day and maintain the vehicle log sheets on a regular basis and order tracking sheets and communicate with each vendor for vehicle requirements for the next day. The subsequent associate will also be responsible for bill approval memo (verification, processing, accrual); the general repair and maintenance tracking for asset movement and transfer from one location to another.

Customer & Seller Experience Project Manager

Working as Customer & Seller Experience Project Manager, the talent will have to plan and lead customer and seller experience-centric projects (local as well as regional) to ensure that they are completed on time. The manager will act as the main POC for all the new regional customer and seller-centric projects and report and escalate to the management (weekly, biweekly, and monthly) by producing reports and presenting the findings and progress.


The eventual customer and seller experience project manager must have a bachelor's or master's degree from any reputed institution with at least  2 to 3 years of experience in a related field/industry. The apprentice must have knowledge and experience in project management.

Graphics Designer

Candidates with excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & other Adobe Software and good communication skills in order to present the thought process/ideas to other team members are highly encouraged to apply for the position of a graphic designer. As, a graphic designer, one will be responsible for live commerce designs & creative requirements.


Candidates must have a sense of color, a good understanding of strong and design principles and must have creative thinking and imagination to produce new ideas. Candidates with good knowledge of professional product photography & videography will be a plus.

Hub Manager

The hub manager must have a bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in a relevant field. The manager should have good communication skills in order to present the ideas effectively. One should have exceptional analytical and decision-making skills.


The Hub manager will be managing the daily operations of all of the hubs through the supervision of dispatchers, supervisors, leads, and all hub staff and also implement and maintain standard operating procedures in all hub facilities. The potential manager will lead the troubleshooting efforts from the mother hub, solve problems as they occur and ensure service integrity.

Key Accounts Manager (Home Appliances)

Working as Key accounts managers, the applicants should build and manage relationships with key sellers and brand representatives from the Consumer Electronics Category and plan for the growth of portfolio vendors and work with sellers and brands to create promotions and schemes that boost sales for sellers and increase value for Daraz customers. The applicants should also analyze data to identify issues and areas for growth and create reports for internal and external Stakeholders to track and improve performance.


The applicants must have a master's or bachelor's degree from any reputed institution with at least 2 years of experience in a related field/industry. The candidate should have excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) and coordination skills and good knowledge of the MS Office Package.
