Daraz is looking for a Marketing Manager who can identify business gaps and develop business strategy proposals. Since this is a Senior Level position, the talent is expected to have completed a Master’s degree with at least 5 years of experience in preferable marketing, social media, strategy, or management consultancy intensive role – a background in tech startups or advertising agencies.
As the Head of Brand at Daraz, the talent would be responsible for developing and managing Daraz’s brand strategy and corresponding brand elements to maximize the brand’s equity through media planning, creative development, metrics, market research, events, and other initiatives. The ideal candidate for this position is expected to have strong project management skills with in-depth knowledge of the industry’s best practices.
Daraz is looking for a Head of Category Management, who will live by the company values that define everything they do. The head would be required to spearhead the customer experience aspect of the commercial function, by driving ownership across all levels of the team and setting high standards and feedback loops on customer service and after-sales experience.
The ideal candidate for this position must have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the related field and a Master’s degree. The Campaign Manager will have to design the wireframe of Fashion category channels and pages in such a way that they are engaging and appealing to customers, ultimately driving conversion/ sales. Furthermore, the talent will have to plan for Digital Marketing aligning with the Brands and Performance Marketing Team.
The Key Account Manager will have to build and manage relationships with key Daraz sellers and brand representatives from the Women's Fashion category. In addition, the talent will have to work with the sellers and brands to create promotions and schemes that boost sales for sellers and increase value for Daraz customers.
The QC & Governance Analyst will have to perform a quality check of content for the products before making them live on the website. As this is a technical role, the talent must have strong critical thinking, reporting, excel and presentation skills with analytical ability. Furthermore, the talent will be required to create logical rules to automate the quality check process in coordination with different departments.
Operation Associate responsibilities include analyzing search results, monitoring top searches, and any other search-related projects to improve click-through rates and conversion from search. The Vendor Manager will be responsible for executing campaigns through proper Onsite framing (making H&B platform - App/Website appealing and shopping friendly), online and offline marketing. Head Of Marketing at Daraz would have to work cross-functionally with commercial, product and operations teams to help devise, plan and implement successful and relevant marketing initiatives and campaigns. The candidate must be well-versed in digital marketing and performance marketing tools and leverage data to track ROI for marketing investments.
