ADB to Hire New Employees for its IT Department

Agricultural Development Bank (ADB), an autonomous organization largely owned by the Government of Nepal, is seeking for qualified and well – motivated candidates for various positions for its IT Department.

With a mission to deliver comprehensive banking solution strengthening its extensive network and an objective to provide quality banking services to the people, the bank invites candidates for the position of Assistant and Officer for its IT Department. The vacancies will be for various locations inside and outside the valley.

The minimum qualification required to apply for the positions is Bachelor’s degree. The bank has been working as a premier rural credit institution since the last three decades, contributing more than 67 percent of institutional credit supply in the country. Hence, rural finance is the principal operational area of ADBL.

The bank has been empowered by subsequent amendments to the Act to extend credits to small farmers under group liability and expand the scopes of financing to promote cottage industry.
