Bartender


The breathtaking and lavish resort is looking for a Bartender with 2 years of bar experience. The talent will be required to work directly with the customers by mixing and serving their drinks with their preferences. The candidate must have knowledge about drink pairing with tastes and know how to make and serve classy drinks. The bartender must be able to manage inventory, par stock and run the entire bar operations. 


Training Manager


Kavya is recruiting a senior-level Training Manager with a master's degree in administration with at least 3 years of experience. As a manager, the candidate will be responsible for all the training plans and execution of training of all the departments in the resort. After training performance evaluation of the employees must be done by the Training Manager. Furthermore, all other tasks of the L&D department will be supervised by the Training Manager.


Finance Executive


The Finance Executive must have at least 2 years of expertise in the accounting department. Candidates with work experience in the hospitality industry are highly preferable. The executive will be responsible for day-to-day finance and accounting tasks, general cashiering, and accounts receivable tasks.  The talent will have to prepare reports and documents covering accounting transactions for management review. Ensure that accurate records are kept by standard practices and manage invoicing procedures to collect money owed by vendors and agents. 


Butler Service Manager


Senior Level Butler Service Manager is a prestigious position that will require the manager to ensure all butlers under his/her supervision have knowledge of property services, technology, and amenities and provide service accordingly. The candidate must have at least 5  years of experience as a senior Butler or head Butler. The manager would be responsible to carry out day to day operation of the Butler service department. 


F&B Supervisor


The F&B Supervisor will have to supervise F&B outlets and manage shifts. The Supervisor will be responsible for resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service and making sure the business complies with health and safety standards. Besides this, the talent will perform administrative tasks of the department when as necessary. 


CDP Bakery and Pastry


To apply for this position the candidate needs to have 5 years of experience in the related field. CDP Bakery and Pastry will have to prepare and create pastries and baked goods. The main responsibility includes attending meetings with the customers to discuss details and planning of customs – made desserts and pastries for special occasions, such as weddings. Ordering new supplies, ingredients, and equipment for the pastry section when needed within budget. 


HR Manager


Talent with leadership and people management skills having sound knowledge and experience in federal HR laws are highly encouraged to apply. The HR Manager will be responsible for entire HR functions: Recruitment, onboarding, Induction, Grievances, and Employee engagement. As an HR the talent will have to ensure all the departmental policies are updated and followed throughout the resort. 


Barista


The talent is expected to have a BHM degree from a renowned institution with 2 years of experience. As a Barista the talent will be responsible for creating and preparing different cold hot and cold beverages as per the standard and serving the guests. The Barista must be able to provide excellent customer service to all the guests and take care of tasks of the F&B department. 


Assistant Director of F&B


Kavya is looking for an Assistant Director of F&B who would be able to manage the daily operations of the food and beverage department. Someone who can analyze expenditures and revenues and accordingly develop profit and loss statements for management. Good knowledge of guest service and people management is a must for this position.


Butler


As a Butler meet guests when they arrive and get them settled in their villas. He/she must have a thorough understanding of all spirits and specialty foods in stock and brief guests whenever necessary. The Butler needs to communicate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests. Furthermore, run errands for guests when necessary, and coordinate with different departments to make sure the guest's needs are well met.
