Experience Required : More than or equal to 5 years
Professional Skill Required : Management Communication Problem Solving Interpersonal Skills
Other Specification
  • Minimum 5 years of experiences in HR department and 2 years as Assistant Manager. 
  • Must have completed MBA in HR, BHM background is preferred. 
  • Leadership and People management skill.
  • Candidates having sound knowledge and experience on federal HR laws will be given preference.

Job Description

  • Responsible for entire HR functions: Recruitment, on boarding, Induction, Grievances, Employee engagement. Employer branding, people development and all others. 
  • Ensure all the departmental polices are updated and followed throughout the resort. 
  • Responsible for employee engagement and employer branding. 
  • Responsible for all other HR tasks to ensure smooth running of the department.
