KK Agro Group is a leading agricultural, biogas, feed, and poultry industry in Nepal producing and supplying High-Quality Eggs adopting a fully automated, environmentally controlled battery cage system of commercial layers farm.

Finance Managers


The ideal candidate must have meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills. He/she should have the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and will have to work independently and as part of a team. The Finance Managers will have to assist management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts. Furthermore, the talents will have to manage cash flow, capital and utilize the financial resources.


Plant Manager- Feed Plant


The Plant Manager must have a degree in BE-Mechanical/Electrical with 5 years in a similar field. This role will require the talent to track the operational performance, diagnose adverse plant conditions, malfunctions, identify trends, compare performance against benchmark data and provide technical and operational solutions.


Account Officer


The Account Officer is expected to have an excellent understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. The talent will have to keep a record of assets and reconcile budgets and expenses within the organization. Besides this, the officer will be responsible for maintaining financial records.


Mechanical Engineer


As a Mechanical Engineer, the talent will design or redesign mechanical and thermal devices using analysis and computer-aided design. Furthermore, the Engineer will have to develop and test prototypes of devices they design and analyze the test results.


Social Media/Brand Manager


To handle social media the talent must have experience in running social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc). The role will require the Social Media Manager to craft compelling content or get it developed. Other responsibilities include running campaigns and being on top of the latest social media trends.

The talent will have to work in both the farm and feed industry. For the farm, the candidate must act as a biosecurity coordinator of farm and supervise the farm's day-to-day activities. Whereas for the feed industry the talent will have to manipulate feed supplements/premix under the supervision of the formulator/doctor and identify the HACCP of the feed production process.


Electrical/Mechanical Overseer


The Overseer must have at least 2 Years of experience in a similar field and should have good communication skills. Electrical/Mechanical Overseer will be responsible for the supervision of Electrical/Mechanical installation and testing of Electrical equipment in manufacturing plant and farms equipment.


Plant Manager- Biogas Unit


The role will require the Plant Manager- Biogas Unit to operate the Biogas Plant as per the operational manual and regulatory requirements. Additionally, the talent will be responsible for tracking the operational performance, diagnosing adverse plant conditions, and malfunctions, identifying trends, comparing performance against benchmark data and providing technical and operational solutions.


HR/Admin Manager


An outgoing personality with the ability to motivate teams and strong administration are some of the skills the HR/Admin Manager must possess. The Manager will be expected to manage the administrative function of the organization when and where required as well as gather payroll data like bank accounts.


Purchase Officer


The Purchase Officer must have a degree in BBA or BBS with 2 years of experience in a similar field. The talent will need to negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing. Besides this, the talent will be responsible for managing track orders and ensuring timely delivery.


Procurement Manager


The Manager must have knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as dexterity in “reading” the market. The Procurement Manager will have to discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships. Furthermore, he/she needs to approve the ordering of necessary goods and services and more.


Marketing Manager


The ideal candidate must have MBA or MBS-Marketing with 3 years of experience in a similar field. The crucial responsibilities of the Marketing Manager include updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns and collaborating with media organizations and advertising agencies.


Store Incharge


The Store Incharge is expected to have strong organizational skills and must possess at least 2 years of experience. The  Incharge will be responsible for packing, pricing, labeling, and returning supplies, as well as stock rotation and coordinate the management of surpluses.


Sales Executive


Excellent verbal and written communication skill both in English and Nepali is one of the most important skill the Sales Executive must have. As a Sales Executive, the candidate will actively seek out new sales opportunities through physical visits, networking, and social media and more similar works.


Production Manager- Farm Unit


The Production Manager will be required to manage the overall efficient production-related activities of Poultry Farm and coordinate feedstock level and deliveries. The Manager should have at least 5 years of experience in a similar field.


Veterinary Doctor


The Veterinary Doctor on the farm must investigate a bird's health on daily basis and correlate it with production and carry out similar works. Whereas in the feed, the talent must manage feed specifications and other necessities as per feed formulation. 


Electrical Engineer


As an Electrical Engineer, the talent will have to work from blueprints or schematics to perform maintenance, repair or install equipment. Furthermore, assist and guide other crews as needed to maintain safety, housekeeping and sanitation standards.
