Demand Planning Analyst

As a Demand Planning Analyst, the talent will have to work with different departments to drive profitability metrics and order frequency norms in the buyer. Liaise with business units to recommend and drive implementation of new productivity and cost-saving initiatives, and prepare business cases to support strategic and other business decisions

To succeed in this role, the Analyst must have outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage priorities with tight deadlines without compromising quality. The Demand Planning Analyst is expected to have at least a Bachelor's or a Masters's degree from a top university in STEM, Business, Accounting & Finance, Statistics or Economics subjects.

UGC Associate

At Daraz, the UGC Associate would have to provide feedback to the Customer Service team on the nature of reviews coming in to improve consumer experience and maintain product and service quality. Furthermore, he/she would be responsible for increasing the inflow of ratings and image reviews into the platform to improve customer experience by aiding in the purchase decision-making process.

The Associate should have 2 years of experience with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. The talent must have the ability to perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy and must be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Corporate Communications Manager

The role of Corporate Communications Manager involves developing and implementing a communications strategy (covering all earned and owned channels e.g. Linkedin, website, Twitter, Facebook), that builds and maintains a positive corporate brand. Additionally, the Manager is responsible for assisting senior leadership in developing presentations, speeches, talking points for internal and external communications.

To excel in this role, the manager is required to have a bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. It is essential that the candidate demonstrates strong accountability and ownership values

Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst

Daraz is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join their Commercial Department. The Sr. BI Analyst will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining business intelligence solutions that support the company's growth and revenue goals. 

This includes providing insights and recommendations to key stakeholders, analyzing data and creating reports that support commercial decisions, and working closely with the commercial department to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Overall, the Analyst is expected to have strong analytical skills and experience working with data analysis with a proven track record of delivering rigorous, insightful, and actionable analysis.

Project and Performance Manager

The role of the Project and Performance Manager involves generating actionable insights on business performance & brainstorm corrective measures. The Manager will have to work closely with Market Intelligence Team to ensure price competitiveness in Dmart Channel and plan strategies to fulfill Assortment Gap. 

The Project and Performance Manager is expected to have strong accountability and ownership values with the ability to adapt to new systems and technologies

Overall, the role will demand the Manager to build new product solutions as per the business requirement and develop accessible, creative and engaging data visualization to facilitate access to insight. 

Customer Insight Manager

The position of a Customer Insight Manager is a critical role that entails leading a team to execute said projects independently or with the help of relevant internal and external stakeholders, delivering quality results within the specified deadlines. 

In addition to leading a team, the Manager must also oversee the design and development of specific research methods and sampling logic, including questionnaires, discussion guides, and feedback questionnaires, among others.

To qualify for this position, candidates should hold a bachelor's degree in data-related relevant fields. The talent must be able to handle and work with large data deriving logical conclusions from data.


As a Videographer working at Daraz, the talent would need to plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of projects, including promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage. Furthermore, the talent would have to collaborate with team members and ensure that all video content meets company standards for quality and style.

The Videographer must be proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or Davinci Resolve to be considered for this role. Besides this, he/she must be knowledgeable of all types of video equipment and must be able to adapt to any situation.

CRM Creative Content Associate

The primary responsibility of a CRM Creative Content Associate is to create content for CRM channels - Email and Push Notifications. In addition, the associate works closely with the design team for deliverables daily and ensures the communications and designs are up to relevant channel standards and error-free. 

Attention to detail and accuracy are a must for this role. The candidate is expected to have at least 1 year of work experience and must be able to adapt to new systems and technologies. 

Onsite Associate

The Onsite Associate is responsible for creating campaign pages and optimizing pages daily through day-on-day performance assessment. They monitor, evaluate and communicate performance management reports to highlight achievements, limitations, and focus of the department. 

The Associate must be able to adapt to new systems and perform tasks with a high degree of accuracy. Candidates with strong Excel, PowerPoint skills and good time management skills will be preferred. 

Customer & Seller Experience Project Manager

The position of Customer & Seller Experience Project Manager plays a critical role in developing holistic customer/seller journeys and shaping all touchpoints: call, digital, helpdesk, checkout points, and social media interactions. 

The Manager must have knowledge and experience in project management and have excellent verbal / written communication skills

Product Management Associate

As a Product Management Associate, the talent would have to support the product team and act as the primary product and support specialist for Alibaba products for Daraz Nepal. He/she would have to create and conduct product training sessions to educate users and stakeholders regarding products and platforms.

To qualify for this position, candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. The Associate should have at least 2 years of experience with strong communication and teamwork skills

Mega Campaign Manager

The role will require the Mega Campaign Manager to develop and maintain campaign performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and to optimize future campaigns. The Manager Work will have to work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative/design, product, and commercial, marketplace ops, and marketing teams.

The Mega Campaign Manager must be able to adapt to new systems and technologies. The Manager is expected to have 4-5 years of work experience in Project Management.

Project Manager (Daraz Advertising Solutions)

The Project Manager at Daraz would need to understand Daraz’s advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions. The Manager would be responsible for inter-department coordination to share all the best practices.

To qualify for this position, the Manager must have a strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management. Besides this, the talent should be able to close sales consistently and generate revenues.

Business Development Officer

The role of a Business Development Officer is critical in developing and implementing strategies that can drive sales and revenue growth for the company. In this position, the Officer would have to collaborate with other teams to develop and implement the growth of the sellers.

As a Business Development Officer,  you will need to have excellent relationship-building skills and be able to build and maintain strong partnerships with sellers and potential sellers. This will require the ability to communicate effectively and establish rapport quickly, with a view to understanding their needs and expectations.

QC & Governance Manager

The QC & Governance Manager will have to lead the entire product QC & Governance team, ensuring all products in our platform are following Daraz’s content and QC guidelines

Furthermore, the manager would need to create and maintain a solid brand management framework in order to prevent the misuse of unauthorized brands in the platform.

To qualify for this role, the talent must be comfortable with MS - Office tools, SQL, Excel and should have a minimum of three years of work experience in the leading e-commerce industry. 

Performance Analyst

The Performance Analyst will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders on all issues and concerns pertaining to performance, and be the driving force across all departments to solve any and all such issues and concerns. 

The Analyst must have exceptional adaptive and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with the flexibility to adapt to changing scope and evolving business requirements. Furthermore, the talent must be proficient in MS Office packages, focused especially on Excel.

Program and Governance Lead

The role will require the Program and Governance Lead to initiate and lead all the traffic operations projects. The Lead will be responsible for developing sub-department guidebooks for Traffic Operations, new hires and cross-functional teams.

The Lead must have experience with the analysis of raw data and experience with leading projects and teams. Talent with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in SQL is preferred for this role.
