Challenging yourself can help you control your anger. You need to consider this point because when you're angry, you speak without thinking properly. The words might hurt someone or you will for sure regret it later. So, why not challenge yourself.
Everyone has that tiny voice inside of us. It's a fact that we speak to ourselves most of the time. So, use that tactic against you.
