On behalf of the
United Nations in Nepal, Real Solutions Private Limited invites applications
from potential university graduates with minimum of bachelor degree belonging
to socially excluded groups for UN Traineeship Programme – Cohort VIII.
Initiated in April
2011, this Traineeship Programme is a joint initiation between UN agencies to
provide capacity building and professional training to university graduates
from socially excluded groups, mainly focuses on developing their professional
competencies and enhancing their employability prospects.
The United Nations
has been carrying out this 11 months’ traineeship programme every year. This
programme focuses on providing the trainees with full time on the job training
assignments with access to mentoring and practical experiences in an
international UN working environment.
The training program
will also provide an opportunity to get involved in various training programs
such as Skill Enhancement Training, Career Development Training, Personality
Development Training, etc. Similarly, exposure to the real work experience and
grooming in the right manner for the right job is what the trainees will be
gaining from the programme.
Every year about 36 participants get an opportunity to work with
