Roshan Construction is seeking Project Managers with a BE in Civil Engineering/Construction Management and more than 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be skilled in construction planning and executing High/ Mid Rise residential/office buildings.
The Project Manager will be responsible for construction management and handling subcontractors through all the stages of construction execution. The talent will closely coordinate with the QS and Planning team and strictly follow the work plan.
The Incharge must be a graduate with over 7 years of experience in store keeping/Dip in Material Management with 5 Years of experience.
As a Store Incharge the talent will have to maintain store book and ledger Creating Purchase request, GRN and issue it. Some additional work includes working on SAP/ERP and preparing to forecast recoveries from various stakeholders and recovery statements.
The Accountant must be a graduate or have a master's in commerce with 5 years of experience in construction.
The talent will have to prepare journal vouchers, debit vouchers, contra vouchers, wages sheets, salary sheets, and bank reconciliations. The Accountant will have to collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a detailed, cost-effective budget and report the same to Head Office.
The ideal candidate must be well versed in construction-related software, and good in negotiating and leadership skills. Furthermore, the manager should be competent in using MS Office Package and Google Sheets.
The Project Manager QS must have the ability to prepare quantity estimates and rate analysis based on CPWD and NBC code of practices. The talent will have to work on the cash outflow of the project to ensure the audit of, the quantity of material inward and stock at the site.
The construction company is seeking Service Engineer with the ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
The role will require the talent to raise the PR of material for casting, pursue order and timely supply. The Service Engineer will also be responsible for site management and execution of all plumbing, fire fighting, sewerage works & stormwater.
The Electrical Engineer must have the ability to work alongside staff with different professional backgrounds, and nationalities, as well as different motivations.
The talent will have to follow up on all electrical materials submittal and approvals, delivery of these materials to the site. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for testing and commissioning all electrical works prior to handing over the project.

The Procurement Manager will have to establish and enhance supplier relationships to drive sourcing and supplier initiatives. Since this is a senior-level position the candidate must have a graduate degree with over 10 years of experience in procurement.
The manager will have to identify opportunities to consolidate the supplier base to leverage volume economies. Besides this, the candidate will have to initiate medium complexity negotiations and supports the contracting process.
The Engineer must have more than 10 years of experience or a Diploma in Civil with 15 years of experience. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have good interpersonal and presentation skills.
As a Billing Engineer, the talent will have to check bills raised by the vendors including on-site verification of measurement & verification of rates with tender and more.
The Architect must have B.Arch with 10 years of experience or Dip. In Architecture with 5 years of experience.
The responsibilities of this role include drawing on AutoCAD as per the sketch issued at the site. Furthermore, he/she will have to verify the drawings issued by Principle architect to ensure that it is as per contract and issued to the site for execution
The Foreman / Supervisor is expected to have BE in Civil with a minimum of 10 years in Building Construction and a Diploma in any discipline.
The talent selected for this role will have the responsibility of Site supervision, Civil Engineering, Material, Site engineering, Housing and Office buildings, Construction Supervisor, Labour Control.
The Safety Engineer must have training in Health and safety with 10 years of experience. Experience in managing a team of safety engineers and officers to look after the safety EHS aspects of the construction site is a plus.
The role will require the Engineer to implement safety plans, verify tools and equipment to ensure good quality, implement the toolbox, and carry out other similar duties.
The ideal candidate must have a BE in Civil with more than 10 years or a Diploma in Civil with 15 years of experience. Additionally, the talent is expected to have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Quality Engineer will be required to prepare a method statement. Similarly, other responsibilities include inspecting structural and finishing works in buildings and services, roads as well as testing input raw materials and workmanship, and quality control as per specifications.
