MPHD Nepal Project is a social marketing organization engaged in Family Planning, Maternal Child Health, and other health products and service intervention in Nepal. The main goal of the Development Project is to refine and scale up a private-sector FP approach for Private sector organizations to provide high-quality FP services to adolescents and young people in Nepal.

Monitoring & Evaluation and Knowledge Management (M&E and KM) Officer


M&E and KM Officer will substantially contribute to the project by operationalizing the monitoring and evaluation plan and related systems. In addition to this, the officer will be responsible for sharing the documents for producing the knowledge management product of the Project.


The ideal candidate must have a good command of MS Office with familiarity in handling data software such as SPSS/Stata, COBO, and Advance Excel and a willingness to take disciplined risks.


Sr. Manager - Program Operation


The Sr. Program Operation Manager will be  responsible for project management, budget management, partnership management, and last but not least, the overall implementation of the MPHD project 


The Manager must have solid project management skills related to organizational development projects and international, cross-functional teams with a proven history of delivering results. Furthermore, the candidate must be able to act independently to identify and analyze problems and recommend effective solutions

Procurement Officer

The incumbent is responsible to receive the quotation/offers, and/or compare and analyze, and assist the Procurement Manager in the preparation for the evaluation of offers. Also needs to monitor and keep a record, of the PR and PO raised for the procurement of goods/services.

The candidate must have 2 years of experience in procurement in national/international procurement. He/she would need to follow all the procedures, guidelines and mandates laid down in the donor agreement and Procurement policy while performing the activities related to procurement.

HR Officer

The Officer would be responsible for providing day-to-day facilitation and support to overall human resource function under the direct supervision of Manager – Human Resources. Furthermore, the talent will have to update the employee record in Navision on a regular basis including the deactivation of staff who has left the organization.

The ideal candidate must have a minimum Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in HR. Talent with experience and knowledge in Labor Law would be a plus

Communication Officer

The key responsibility of the Communication Officer is to create, implement, and monitor the Communication Strategy for the organization and communication plans. Besides this, the officer will have to effectively coordinate with other departments to assist them in preparing contents, and presentations, managing and timely updating per client feedback regarding the outlook of the application.

The officer must have a demonstrated experience in one or more of the following areas: digital and print media, social media and collaboration platforms, public relations, marketing, graphic design, and/or stakeholder engagement. 

Program Officer

This position aims to provide technical support to private health facilities and service providers, local government bodies and other civil society actors for the promotion of Family Planning Services through private sectors.

The talent will also be responsible for coordinating with district stakeholders including government line agencies, NGOs and other partners working in the area of family planning and reproductive health as needed.

Sr. Communication and Knowledge Management (KM) Officer

The Sr. Communication and KM officer will be responsible for developing the communication work plan for the project on a yearly basis with clear deliverables and ensuring that all activities are implemented in a timely manner. The talent will also be responsible for day-to-day communication activities including but not limited to social media activities.

The candidate is expected to have excellent Interpersonal & Presentation skills and the ability to design communication material by using Graphic Design Software will be an added advantage.
