Night Manager / Audit


The ideal candidate must be a graduate from a recognized institute with at least 3-4 years of experience in the Front Office Department with knowledge of Night Auditing. The Night Manager / Audit should have a pleasing and outgoing personality with excellent command over spoken and written English. Working knowledge of IDS software would be an added advantage. 


Assistant Manager / Finance


The talent must have worked for at least 5 years in the Finance Department possibly as an assistant to Finance head in any reputed organisation and should be computer literate with the knowledge of Accounting software. Preference will be given to those having prior experience working in leading 4/5 Star Hotels. 


System Executive


For this position, the talent must have a  bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or systems management. The ideal candidate should be dynamic and have a pleasing personality with excellent communication skills. 


Front Office Executive


As a Front Office Executive, the candidate must possess a pleasing personality and the ability to communicate effectively. He/she should have an excellent command of the English Language. Knowledge on Hotel related software would be an advantage for this position.


Sales & Marketing Manager


The Sales & Marketing Manager should be able to set sales, yield management strategies and maximize productivity. Since this is a managerial position, the candidate must have a bachelor's in Hotel Management / MBA or equivalent with a specialization in Sales & Marketing. Multi-lingual and foreign working exposure would attract plus points for this position.


Security Manager


The ideal candidate must have worked in the police force or Army in a senior position with a thorough knowledge of existing criminal law and procedures, firefighting, safety and security system and standards. Preference will be given to those with experience in similar positions in any 4/5-star Hotel.


Sous Chef


The Sous Chef should have a Diploma in Hotel Management or a related culinary degree from a recognized institute. The ideal candidate must possess proven leadership and motivational skills. He/she should have at least 5 Years experience in a similar position /sous chef in a reputed 4/5 Star Hotel.


Housekeeping Manager


As a Housekeeping Manager, the talent must have a minimum of 4-5 years experience in a similar position in a 4/5 Star hotel. The talent should be able to supervise and direct all Housekeeping activities of the hotel to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. 


Food & Beverage Controller


For this position, the candidate must have a minimum of 3 Years of Experience in 4/5 Star Hotels in similar capacities in a related field or an equivalent combination of education & work-related experience in a Senior Position. The talent must be skilled and possess knowledge of computer literate, IDS and Accounting software.


Sales Executive


The Sales Executive must have a pleasing personality and outgoing personality, with excellent command over spoken & written. The talent should have graduated from a recognized institute with at least 3-4 years of experience in a similar position in any reputed hotel. Working Knowledge of IDS software would be an added advantage for this position. 


Human Resources Executive


The ideal candidate should have graduated from a recognized University. Besides this, the candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position in a reputed Hotel or service industry and should be computer literate with knowledge of IDS & HR software. 


Food & Beverage Executive


As a Food & Beverage Executive, the talent should possess sound knowledge of Food & Beverage and be conversant with the various product and service standards. The candidate should have time flexibility and at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a reputed 4/5 Star Hotel.


Bakery Chef


The Bakery Chef must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Bakery and pastry section or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience in a 4/5 Star Hotel in a senior position. A diploma in Hotel Management / Intermediate is a must for this position.
