Head of Human Resources Department
The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of prior experience leading the Human resources department of an organization with a Master’s Degree in Management. As an HR, the talent will have to assess staff needs, develop and execute best practices for talent acquisition and retention as well as ensure the inculcation of Khalti’s Culture, Mindset, Values, and DNA to over 250 Team size for a common purpose.
The React Developer must have a good knowledge and discipline of Frontend Architecture and implementation. The developer would be responsible for various projects and ensure site stability, security, and system integration. Having a good understanding of higher-order components and hooks would be preferred for this position.
As a Flutter Developer, the talent must have knowledge of GraphQL, unit and smoke testing. He/she would have to conduct first-hand testing of the project tasks before submitting the tasks to the CTO and verifying the product with SRS. The developer is expected to have a solid understanding of application architecture and principles i.e. MVP, MVC, etc.
The Senior Python Django Developer would be responsible for Backend Development. The primary focus will be building new modules or enhancing existing modules to meet the requirements. The talent must be able to write robust APIs as well as work on Microservice Architecture. Knowledge of FinTech would be a plus.
As a QA the talent must identify, analyze, report, track bugs, and drive issues to resolution. Furthermore, the officer will have to write documentation for new features, perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and perform routine application maintenance to ensure the production environment runs smoothly.
The Product Designer will be responsible to turn the company product into easy-to-use products for the users. The responsibilities include collaborating with the Product Team and other cross-functional team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality product features. Talents with a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications are highly recommended to apply.
The Associate Product Officer is expected to have a good knowledge of agile methodologies, scrum practices and events. The talent will be responsible for collecting and analyzing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and other teams, consolidating them into requirements, features, and end products.
The Junior Merchant Support must have a two-wheeler with a valid license and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (BSc IT or BIM). Some main responsibilities of the Merchant Support includes monitoring operational issues regarding service merchant (especially in off-hours) and giving support for movie transactions strictly (especially in off–hours/ public holidays/peak times).
As a Sales Representative, the candidates should be flexible traveling frequently to different parts of the country and also willing to work in an assigned location by the Employer. The talent wiil be required to build a strong relationship with agents in the specified territory and promote Khalti in the specified areas.
The intern would be offered 8,000.00 - 12,000.00 monthly salary. As a Customer Support Intern, he/she would have to handle customer complaints, obtain and examine all relevant information to assess the validity of complaints, and determine possible causes. In addition, the intern will be required to keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Training & Communication Associate
As a Training & Communication Associate, the candidate will be required to provide online & offline training to the Khalti retail network. Scheduling training for different clients and follow-up calls for the same would also fall under the associate's responsibility. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are preferable qualities for this position.
