Commonly asked question, 'why should we hire you?' could make you fumble during an interview. If you've been in an interview or you are preparing for your first one, you may have come across this question. This question is generally asked directly or indirectly. Your answer to this question could help you crack or lose the deal. So, preparation before an interview is important considering the foresaid point. 

You don't want the interviewer to think you are neither over confident or timid for the job. A bit of preparation will help you answer this simple yet nerve wrecking question. So, let's take a look at the points to be considered while answering this question

Understanding requirements of the job  
It's important to understand the importance of the question. Because it all comes down to how can you benefit the company? 

Scan the description and list requirement of the job and your own skills and strengths. Analyze both of them to determine the matching skills of what they're seeking for and what you have got in yourself. Do not forget to mention your other personal skills which may be useful for the job position. 

Assemble your argument
This is your chance to pitch your sale and impress the HR manager to make them believe why you're a good fit for the position among all the other interviewees. Note down your points to exhibit your knowledge and to present a strong ​argument.
