Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as an Inbound Sales Specialist at Indomed Travels Pvt Ltd located in Gairidhara 2 Kathmandu Bāgmatī, Nepal. As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for handling inbound sales inquiries, providing information and assistance to customers, and closing sales deals. You will also maintain customer relationships, manage customer accounts, and collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales for inbound package.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using sales CRM software
• Knowledge of travel industry and destinations
• Fluency in English and Hindi
• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 2 year experience in Nepal packages itinerary building, costing, guest handling and reservation of hotel , flight and transport.
