Job Description

Avinya Store in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, is the go-to place for quality chairs. We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Associate Sales Manager who is dedicated to driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Experience in furniture is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Nepali; other languages are a bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential clients.
  • Build and manage leads through calls, networking, etc.
  • Arrange meetings with decision-makers to showcase our chairs.
  • Develop and deliver sales pitches, demos, and proposals.
  • Negotiate prices and contracts to meet sales goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.

Additional Specifications:

  • Preferably a high school or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proven 1 year of sales experience.
  • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
  • Keep track of the inventories / Stock Management.
  • Successful B2B sales in furniture preferred.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and chair concepts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, hardworking, and result-driven.
  •  Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Manage social media messages and comments related to chair inquiries.
  • Coordinate chair deliveries with the delivery team.
  • Handle customer inquiries about chairs and escalate complex issues.
  • Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
  • Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
  • Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
  • Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
  • Able to handle orders on multiple platforms like Instagram, Meta and daraz.
