Qualifications:

- Experience in furniture is a plus
- Fluent in English and Nepali; other languages are a bonus
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients.
- Build and manage leads through calls, networking, etc.
- Arrange meetings with decision-makers to showcase our chairs.
- Develop and deliver sales pitches, demos, and proposals.
- Negotiate prices and contracts to meet sales goals.
- Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems.
Additional Specifications:
- Preferably a high school or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven 1 year of sales experience.
- Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Keep track of the inventories / Stock Management.
- Successful B2B sales in furniture preferred.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and chair concepts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and result-driven.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Manage social media messages and comments related to chair inquiries.
- Coordinate chair deliveries with the delivery team.
- Handle customer inquiries about chairs and escalate complex issues.
- Maintain a good understanding of customer needs and expectations and handles all customer concerns appropriately and in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all sales, scheduled customer appointments, and customer complaints.
- Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure that the company is reaching its target audience.
- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
- Preparing cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing customers to determine the most suitable purchase options.
- Answering customers' questions and escalating complex issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Able to handle orders on multiple platforms like Instagram, Meta and daraz.
