Job Description

  • Plan and coordinate recruitments, prepare job announcement and advertisements, notify applicants on the status of interview etc
  • Prepare a variety of reports pertaining to HR activities
  • Prepare and type memos, offers, appointment letters and other correspondence as required
  • Explain HR Policy, terms and conditions of employment to new employees
  • Establish and maintain record keeping in HR central database
  • Ensure payment related to HR activities and ensure strict adherence to the allocated budget
  • Ensure the organization structure is aligned and suitably staffe
  • Control HR Cost to derive maximum benefit
  • Plans for headcount to staff the positions based on requirement
  • Initiate and participate in the selection process to select the most suitable internal/ external candidates for senior leadership position
  • Payroll preparation (with relevant Tax computation) by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)
  • Formulate policies related to people management, attraction, deployment and development to build a positive and performance- oriented culture in the company
  • Determine the appropriate compensation philosophy and structure for the company using market trends and data, implements reward and recognition programs including decisions on bonuses and increment
  • Direct and monitor the conduct of performance appraisal as per set schedules
  • Provide technical guidance to appraisers, oversees proper documentation and timely decision making of related decisions
  • Admin related responsibilities like visiting vendors, negotiating and attending meetings
