Job Description

Shasheela Motors, a leading automotive company, is seeking a dynamic and highly organized HR and Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing human resources functions and providing administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Handle employee relations, addressing concerns, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including but not limited to filing, correspondence, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Develop and update HR policies in compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.
  • Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and team-building exercises.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and propose initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR and Admin Officer or in a similar role within the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
