Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely procurement of goods and services, and supporting cost-effective and sustainable purchasing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability and delivery timelines.
Process purchase orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Negotiate contracts and terms to achieve cost savings while ensuring quality.
Track delivery schedules to resolve delays or discrepancies with suppliers.
Coordinate with finance for invoice processing and payment tracking
Support sustainability and ethical sourcing initiatives aligned with company values.
Maintain procurement records.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Team player with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
