Caravan Construction Pvt. Ltd. is one of the fastest-growing construction companies engaged in infrastructure, road, and bridge construction, and civil construction across Nepal. A Junior Operations/Accounts Officer is required to be dynamic, versatile & results-oriented, with a keen interest in developing a long-term career within Construction Management & Corporate Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance Support

Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
Creating and keeping daily cashbook records with supervision.
Reconcile bank accounts and obtain bank statements.
Keep the records of cheques issued and returned.
Work with site accountants to gather and report financial information.

Procurement & Documentation Support

Be the primary contact to create new supplier and vendor accounts.
Help prepare and release Purchase Orders (P.O.).
Arrange with suppliers, in-house departments for procurement documentation.
Maintain procurement records and supporting documents.

Operations & Asset Management Support

Make daily stock reports and pass them on to the management.
Make daily vehicle operation reports and control utilization of vehicles.
Keep rentals vehicle log books and make monthly summaries.
Gather and audit vehicle logs, attendance and operations data.
Help with insurance coverage renewals and paperwork.
Coordinate with site teams for operational reporting and compliance.

Coordination & Reporting

Communicate with site accountants, engineers, supervisors and office personnel.
Assist senior management in gathering/receiving and collating operational data.
Carry out other tasks deigned by senior management.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years
