Gorkha Brewery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior International and Local Beer Brands Lead for a 6-month project assignment. The role will define and drive brand strategies and portfolio direction in line with business and corporate objectives. Working closely with internal stakeholders and partners, the incumbent will deliver strong in-market impact while ensuring brand plans are aligned with local insights and regional guidelines.

Reporting Line
Reports to: Marketing Director

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Own and shape the brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and portfolio priorities.
Translate consumer, category, and market insights into differentiated brand positioning and strategic direction.
Lead the development of integrated brand plans across innovation, communication, and activation.
Act as the custodian of brand equity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all consumer touchpoints.
Drive excellence in brand execution through strong agency partnerships and creative leadership.
Partner with Sales and cross‑functional teams to deliver commercially impactful and execution‑ready plans.
Collaborate closely with Brewery teams to ensure product quality, packaging, and sensory experience meet brand standards.
Own and govern sensory performance, including monitoring consumer feedback and driving continuous product improvements.
Steer performance management by analysing brand health, campaign impact, and ROI to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Higher education in Management/Marketing (preferably MBA).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, with strategic planning exposure and strong local market understanding.
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written)
