Gorkha Brewery Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a commercially strong Senior Channel Marketing Lead for a 6-month project assignment to define and drive effective execution of channel marketing strategies across the portfolio. The role will lead launches, communication, displays, and commercialization programs—driving brand sales and strengthening brand association across channels.

Project Duration: 6 months

Reporting Line

Reports to: Marketing Director

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Own and shape the channel marketing strategy, ensuring strong alignment with commercial priorities, brand objectives, and revenue growth.
Drive development of channel strategies that optimise portfolio mix, visibility, and execution excellence across all channels.
Lead integrated channel plans, including promotions, activations, and events, to deliver sustainable market share and growth.
Translate market, shopper, and channel insights into differentiated activation strategies and go‑to‑market approaches.
Act as the custodian of channel execution excellence, ensuring consistency and high standards across all touchpoints.
Define and govern promotion mechanics, activation frameworks, and tools aligned with brand positioning and channel dynamics.
Own POS/POP strategy and deployment to maximise visibility, impact, and return on investment across channels.
Partner closely with Sales, Regional, and cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless and commercially effective execution.
Lead key commercial infrastructure initiatives (e.g., draught expansion) to strengthen long‑term visibility, distribution, and growth.

Qualifications and Requirements

Higher education in Management/Marketing (preferably MBA).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in both brand marketing and channel marketing.
Strong strategic planning capability with deep understanding of local markets.
Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent English language proficiency
