Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer at Career Concept Pvt. Ltd. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee relations, job description development, and overall HR management. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to HR administration, employee engagement, recruitment, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR management, HR policies, and human resources
  • Excellent understanding of employee relations and ability to handle employee issues effectively
  • Experience in developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and individually
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Experience in recruitment and selection processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
