This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer located in Thamel, Kathmandu. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for managing the entire human resource department and overseeing all personnel records, employee relations, and organizational culture. They will also be responsible for implementing and enforcing company policies, and ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree / Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field,
• Minimum of 1 years of human resources or related experience
• Experience with performance management, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• Experience in a multicultural work environment is a plus
