Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team at Aayulogic Pvt. Ltd., a leading provider of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) software. This internship offers hands-on experience in the fast-paced and evolving field of HR technology, including providing demonstrations to prospective clients and supporting the implementation of HRIS solutions.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with providing product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of our HRIS software.
  • Support the implementation and configuration of HRIS software for new clients, working closely with the implementation team and clients to ensure successful deployment.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop demo scripts, presentations, and other collateral materials.
  • Help create and update training materials and documentation for clients, ensuring they have the necessary resources to effectively use the HRIS software.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, providing support and answering questions related to the HRIS software.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures, based on client feedback and industry best practices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department and other teams as needed.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Prior experience with HRIS software is a plus but not required.
Required Skills
  • Strong interest in HR technology and willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in delivering presentations or demonstrations is a plus.
