Job Description

  • Recruitment  & selection of the employees as per organization demands
  • Training & development activities for the employees as per annual calendar
  • Performance review of the employees on yearly basis based on Job description provided
  • Organize Employee engagement activities as part of retention & motivation policies
  • Develop relation between the employers & the employees & employees & the employees
  • Prepare Annual Training & Activities calendar at the end of the fiscal year for next fiscal year
  • Responsible to look after the Administrative works
  • Prepare Monthly, Half yearly & Annual HR Report
