Executive Search Unit at merojob is currently looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented General Operations Support professional to assist with both HR and Finance functions on a seasonal, part-time basis. This role provides critical support for human resources and finance operations, with peak workloads during specific periods of the year. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and adaptable to fluctuating workloads.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
Respond promptly and professionally to candidate inquiries.
Post job descriptions and manage listings on relevant platforms.
Facilitate the candidate hiring workflow across all stages.
Maintain and update candidate records in the system.
Review asynchronous candidate interviews and provide feedback.
Process I-9/E-Verify documentation for new hires.
Track fingerprinting, applicant status updates, and hires/rejections.
Provide regular updates on the candidate pipeline, placement gaps, and system issues.
Prepare and issue offer letters for selected candidates.
Finance Support:
Coordinate with partner schools to ensure timely creation of Purchase Orders (POs).
Send monthly invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
Organize and manage documents related to school certification.
Provide tri-weekly updates to sales and finance teams on PO status and invoice progress.
Update internal systems to track payment and invoice status.
Seasonal Workload Breakdown:
HR support: ~20 hours per week
Finance support: ~5 hours per week
Qualifications:
Prior experience in HR, Finance, or General Operations support is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using HRIS and finance software/systems.
Familiarity with I-9/E-Verify processes is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and deadline-oriented.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Prior experience with seasonal roles or fluctuating workloads is advantageous.

08:45 PM – 2:45 AM
