Key Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize HRIS records, employee data, workflows, and compliance documentation.
Support employee engagement initiatives, performance evaluations, and policy implementation.
Collaborate with teams to understand HR challenges and recommend system-based improvements.
Address queries related to HR policies, payroll, HRIS, and benefits.
Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines and labor laws.Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes.

Required Skills

Strong expertise in HRIS software (attendance, leave, payroll & employee database).
Solid knowledge of payroll processing and HR data accuracy.
Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and process documentation.
Experience in recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Management, HR, or related field.
2–3 years of hands-on HR experience.
Experience with payroll, HRIS, and HR process optimization
Passion for HR technology, data-driven decision making, and enhancing employee experience

Good to Have

Familiarity with ERP or HR modules.
Experience in HR functional consulting roles.
Exposure to HR software implementations or digital HR transformation projects.
