Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are hiring an Admin and Finance Manager to oversee financial operations for institutional supplies and export/import divisions. The ideal candidate will manage budgeting, cost control, international transactions, financial reporting, compliance, and overall financial strategy for multi-sector activities.

Responsibilities

Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and profitability
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial reports
Implement cost control and monitor pricing, margins, and inventory
Handle LC / TT / DP / DA / CAD and coordinate with banks
Ensure compliance with customs, tax, and audit requirements
Track shipments and allocate logistics costs
Maintain internal controls and supervise finance staff
Supervise finance staff and coordinate with operations, procurement, and logistics teams
Provide financial insights to management for decision-making
Develop and implement financial policies and SOPs

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting (Master’s preferred)
3+ years’ finance experience; trade finance exposure preferred
Strong costing, analytical, and ERP/accounting software skills
Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Benefits:

Salary Range: NRs 30,000 to NRs 50,000
Food: Lunch and snacks provided by office

Working Hours: 9:30 am to 5:30 pm
