We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR and Admin Officer to join our growing team at Gabion Wiretech, a leading manufacturer of galvanized wires in the industry. With prior experience in the manufacturing industry, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional leadership skills, a thorough understanding of HR and administrative policies, and a commitment to implementing environmentally-friendly practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee recruitment, training, and development programs.
Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide feedback to improve productivity.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary actions in a timely and fair manner.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Manage employee benefits and compensation plans.
Monitor and maintain HR records and reports.
Supervise the administrative team and ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
Oversee office maintenance and ensure a safe and clean working environment.
Keep updated with industry trends and best HR practices.

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR management or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Excellent knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
