Job Description

  • Preparation of business model, that is efficient, deliverable and profitable, while adhering to rules and regulations
  • Work with Sales Team to drive Contract Quality improvement to continuously improve KPIs
  • Manage and be the main point of contact for existing alliance partners and Customers for all commercial issues
  • Efficiently doing the risk analysis in forging relationships with the partners, through assessment of their market standing, scale of operations and financial capabilities and ability to ensure successful closure of the potential deals with various Customers across the Country
  • Demonstrating industry knowledge in Nepal market
  • Conducting contract negotiations
  • Aggressively drive partners through negotiations in order to maximize sales and total partnership potential through following best practices, training and support
  • Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and intelligence
  • Preparing written presentations, reports, and innovative business models that get improvised with the given situation and need
  • Communicate effectively and skillfully with partners and end customers on business models and contractual terms and conditions and negotiate them well with partners and Customers alike
  • According to the company regulation and rules, handle the contract review and arrange contract terms approval efficiently
  • Other commercial and contract related issues
