Job Description

Responsible for maintaining up to date Inventories for different kind of raw materials in a continuous manner.
Conducting regular counts to determine availability and work with office manager and factory manager to put in new orders for inventories.
Billing and invoicing for dispatch and receivables.
Use a computer to send electronic invoices and for inventory data entry.
Manage and task workers in transporting inventories.
Forecasting future inventory needs.
Preparing inventory for delivery to customers.
Addressing problems in supply chain and delivery and finding appropriate solutions.
