Job Description

As a Procurement Manager/Data Management (Data Entry), you will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities and managing data entry processes to support procurement operations. Your duties will include:

  • Procurement Planning: Develop procurement strategies and plans in collaboration with key stakeholders to support organizational goals and objectives.
  • Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and select vendors based on quality, cost, delivery, and other performance criteria..
  • Purchase Order Processing: Coordinate the issuance of purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details, specifications, and pricing information. 
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter procurement-related data into databases, spreadsheets, or procurement software systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies. 
  • Contract Management: Monitor vendor contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with terms, conditions, and service level agreements. 
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and reviews of procurement data and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline procurement processes, enhance data entry efficiency, and improve data management practices. Implement process enhancements, automation solutions, and best practices to optimize procurement operations.
