About the job

Role Objectives:


  • To be aligned with company higher mgmt..and Sales for overall management of Warehouse, & local Dispatches.
  • Develop a strategy and action plan to enhance minimization of overall SCM logistic expenses.
  • Develop manpower in order to deliver on expected levels of performance

Responsibilities


· Develop strategies for warehouse management and dispatches.

· Responsible for the overall inward/outward services, transportation and end-to-end delivery.

· Ensure that the delivery plan in on place and no shortage of vehicles/labours required for the delivery.

· Adhere to collection targets of own territory.

· Be cost conscious while dealing with customer and keep the support contribution and service revenue as per target

· Responsible for billing and efficient debtor management

· Monitor manpower costs and other direct costs in line with monthly budget

· Ensure Loyalty score (IP & TSP) is within defined standards

· Ensure MTTR and ART within defined standards

· Ensure efficient service quality in his territory (Minimal Service DCAL, Parts POPS and redo jobs)

· Provide guidance to service engineers to solve difficult technical issues

· Ensure support to rental machines on product support at lowest cost to TIPL

· Ensure effective coordination with warranty team (part of service operations)

· Ensure optimum labour utilization and adhere to the productivity targets

· Track and monitor CVS scores (IP, PU and transactional survey)

· Ensure effective coordination with C&L team to ensure adequate parts inventory

· Responsible to ensure adequate number of service engineers & PSSRs are available in the territory.

· Ensure natural attrition is in line with expected numbers.

· Identify the training needs of subordinates to improve the quality of the workforce to get a better competitive edge.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 9+ years of relevant industry experience in handling similar function.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
