Corporate Level : Manager

Provide strong leadership and guidance to the team, setting clear goals and expectations.
Develop and implement strategic plans, budgets, and policies to achieve departmental and company objectives.
Recruit, train, and supervise team members. Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
