We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining operational efficiency and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Branch Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the pathology lab branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor turnaround times for test results and ensure timely delivery of reports to customers.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies, reagents, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and effectively.
2. Branch Performance Monitoring:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, profitability, test volumes, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance to senior management.
- Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from performance targets.
- Ensure adherence to budgets and cost-control measures.
3. Sales and Marketing:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote the lab's services and increase brand awareness.
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets.
4. Collection Center Overview:
- Supervise the operations of collection centers.
- Ensure collection centers adhere to quality standards, SOPs, and turnaround times.
- Monitor the performance of collection centers and provide support to improve efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of collection centers to ensure compliance.
- Branch and Collection Center Expansion:
- Identify potential locations for new collection centers and branches based on market
- analysis.
- Lead the setup and launch of new collection centers and branches, including hiring staff, procuring equipment, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth in new and existing locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new centers and attract customers.
6. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff, including lab technicians, phlebotomists, and administrative personnel.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Address employee grievances and ensure compliance with HR policies.
7. Customer Service:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering quality services and addressing customer concerns promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

8. Compliance and Safety:
