Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand National Path Lab's client network and promote our diagnostic services. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and corporate clients, identify new business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the company's continued growth through effective networking and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector, including hospitals, clinics, healthcare centers, and corporate.
Generate and qualify leads through research, cold calls, networking, and referrals.
Promote the full range of pathology services offered by the lab.

2. Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients.
Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the lab’s services.
Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for large-scale corporate clients or institutions.

3. Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted sales strategies.
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to tailor services to meet client demands.

4. Sales Reporting & Targets:

Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system.

5. Collaboration & Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, customer service, etc.) to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the lab's services.

6. Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of Laboratory/Health Sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Target-oriented with excellent sales and presentation abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Location: Chitwan, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Ghorahi, Nepalgunj, Surkhet, Biratnagar, Damak, Janakpur, Dhangadhi
Additional Requirement: A valid 2 wheelers License
Salary Range: Based in qualification and experience
