Assistant HR Manager will assist in the development and delivery of employee management strategies which support the Company's overall strategic aims and objectives. She/he will be resposible for contributing at both strategic and operational level in order to identify HR priorities and recommend appropriate HR management solutions. Finally, she/he will provide expert professional advice and support to the HR Team on all aspects of employee management, which fully reflects the Company's image, current employment legislation and best practices.
