Familiar with international trading , Indian Law, Indian tax ,business management principles , credit collection ,finance knowledge, bidding process, etc.
Understanding on Indian / Nepal mobile communication market
Good proficiency in English language both spoken and written;
Should have good communication skills
Self motivated, service oriented, a team player and leader strong sense of responsibility for completing assigned duties on time

Identification & evaluation of new Subcon
Ensure good understanding of Procurement requirements from Customer and current market information
Responsible for Procurement information collection from Indian market.
Search mainstream supplier in Indian market and set up good cooperation relation each other.
Responsible for overall relationship with the supplier and management supplier
Can make procurement strategy according to requirement independently
Make the evaluation stand of Techno &commercial of the Service.
Should able to meet the deadline to finish the procurement task in accordance to the customer’s requirements.
Responsible for preparing bidding documents, contracts, etc.
