Job Title: Sales Support and Renewal Associate

Responsibilities:

• Provide sales support to customers interested in bulk SMS and IVR services.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding service features, pricing, and packages.
• Handle renewal processes for existing customers, ensuring seamless continuation of services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and promote customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis as required.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience.
