Job Description

Greeting customers when they walk through the door
Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations
Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed
Inviting customers to search the company’s website for coupons and other ways to save money
Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary
Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one
Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor
Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the outlet and store clean and organized at all times
Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the product in managed and organized manner according to the level and brand of the product in the store
Planning for up selling of the product in the outlet
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Continuously improve through feedback
