Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for insulation products and solutions.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, including recommending the most suitable insulation solutions for their projects.
  • Conduct on-site inspections and assessments to determine insulation requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to create customized insulation designs and specifications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including project managers and installation technicians, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate performance, gather customer feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide prompt responses to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests for technical assistance.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry or insulation sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of insulation products, materials, and applications.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
