Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate Sales Executive to join our sales team for the offshore market. The sales executive will be responsible for contacting potential customers via Telephone Calls or Emails, following up on provided leads, making sales calls, updating our CRM database, and meeting sales targets.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure to convert outbound/inbound calls to hot leads into appointments via phone (telemarketing/cold calling) and email, using leads provided by the company.
  • Prepare and send quotes and proposals to interested prospects
  • Prospect new business and constantly acquire additional relevant information ∙ Apply a tactical and methodical approach to effectively manage a sales pipeline ∙ Assure the concerns of any prospective customer is taken care of
  • Ensure CRM is kept up to date with correct information relating to the customer ∙ Maintain the sales process using specific software programs.

Other Specification:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field,
  • At least 2 years of experience is required,
  • Experience in sales for the offshore market is a plus.
  • Fluency of English in both Spoken and Written (IELTS band minimum of 7.0 overall) is preferable,
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and presentation skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs,
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities,
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team,

Employment Type: Full-time

Working days: 5 days (Monday –Friday)

Working time: Summer: 1:30 pm to 9: 45 pm, Winter: 02:30 pm to 10:45 pm Local Time (UK Shift) or as required in the Organization.
