JOB DESCRIPTION

Execution: Ability to understand the long term and short terms plans of the organization and ensure that the plans understood are executed.

Pipeline: Ability to create a robust business pipeline and monitor the funnels and help in expanding them by effectively engaging with prospects.

Client Requirements: Understand clients’ requirements.

Effective Communication skills: Ability to create good content with the help of experts to deliver the correct communication to the client across multiple channels (presentations etc)

Client Engagement: Ability to design and execute engagement plans for clients to ensure that the right services and advisories are brought to the client.

Industry Updates: Remain abreast with the industry trends to ensure that clients are updated regularly.

QUALIFICATION & ATTITUDE:

Graduate or post graduate qualification.

Self-starter that is able to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, capable of driving innovation and continuous improvement in sales process
