Job Description

  • Assign sales target per month to sales officers.
  • Track and mobilize sales officers in their respective area.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/half yearly or annual promotion plan, implement them and analyze their outcome for future execution
  • Prepare annual/monthly tour plan for exploration of the market and assisting for same to respective sales officers.
  • Suggest and implement employee motivation planning & processes.
  • Analyze report of sales officers on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
  • Keep sharp focus and be attentive towards timely recovery of dues/outstanding.
