We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PRESALES ENGINEER to join our team in ICT Distribution. As a PRESALES ENGINEER, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the enterprise sector by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.

• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
• Provide technical guidance and support to customers during the evaluation process.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including product specifications, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a presales or technical sales role.
• Strong technical background in computer server, storage, cybersecurity, or related fields.
• Server and Storage technical certification will be an advantage.
